The Challenge
The client needed a website that could convey the dual essence of modern innovation and classic sophistication. The brand was struggling to visually differentiate itself in a competitive property development market, where most competitors leaned too heavily into either traditional or hyper-modern aesthetics. The website needed to strike a perfect balance to appeal to a discerning, high-end clientele.
The Solution
I led the full creative direction, starting with brand identity refinement and then moving into UX/UI design and Webflow development. We blended serif and sans-serif typography to symbolize the dual themes of classic and modern. The layout was structured around immersive visuals, architectural storytelling, and smooth animations to guide users through the brand's philosophy and projects. The use of soft neutrals, dark overlays, and architectural photography created an elegant, editorial feel.
